Virus Computer berkembang pesat sejalan dengan berkembangnya dunia securitas, pengamanan computer dan jaringan. Tehnologi virus kini makin canggih. Satu file kecil bisa menyusup, membelah diri, hasil belahannya menjadi makhluk baru, menjadi mata mata, merusak file, menghapus file, dan yang terakhir membuat orang dan pengguna PC kerepotan. Satu serum yang melumpuhkan asal dia bukan antibiotik ampuh maka membuatnya makin matang dengan kejahatan dan kenakalannya.
O ya, mana yang lebih dulu lahir… antara securitas dan virus computer? Jangan berpikir pertanyaan ini tidak ada jawaban dan menyamakan dengan teka-teki klasik ‘lebih dulu mana antara ayam dan telur?’ He he he…
Belum lama ini (dah lama ding, saya pake kalimat “belum lama ini” agar terkesan masih hangat saja) saya mendengar kabar tentang pembuat conficker yang bernilai 3 Milyar Rupiah. Ayo sama sama bilang, “waaahhh…” Jumlah uang yang sangat tidak sedikit. Bilangan digit ini membuat saya bertanya tentang conficker lebih lanjut, diantara mengenai khas ciri computer yang terjangkiti dan terkena conficker, di antaranya adalah:
- Mematikan dan men-disable beberapa service, yaitu: wscsvc : Security Center, wuauserv : Automatic Updates, BITS : Background Intellegent Transfer Service, ERSvc : Error Reporting Service, WerSvc : Windows Error Reporting Service (Vista, Server 2008), WinDefend : Windows Defender (Vista, Server 2008)
- Mencegah akses ke website keamanan. Seperti Ccert, sans, bit9, windowsupdate, pctools, norman, clamav, avira, avast, grisoft, nod32, kaspersky, f’secure, etrust, panda, sophos, trendmicro, mcafee, norton, symantec, microsoft, defender, dll
- Virus berusaha melakukan perubahan pada system Windows Vista/ Server 2008, mendisable auto tuning.
- Virus berusaha mendownload dan mengeksekusi file (bmp, gif, jpeg, png) untuk kemudian masuk pada temporary internet. aaidhe.net, aamkn.cn, abivbwbea.info, aiiflkgcw.cc, alfglesj.info, amcfussyags.net, amzohx.ws, apaix.ws, argvss.info, arolseqnu.ws, asoidakm.cn, atnsoiuf.cc, dll
- Virus akan mengecek koneksi internet dan men-download file dengan menyesuaikan tanggal setelah 1 Januari 2009. Untuk itu virus mengecek pada beberapa website sebagai berikut: baidu.com, google.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, ask.com, w3.org, aol.com, cnn.com, ebay.com, msn.com, myspace.com
Dan masih ada beberapa lagi ciri ciri virus conficker ini, untuk lebih jelas dan complete coba search ciri ciri virus conficker di mesin pencari google.
Sementara saya… Bertanya kepada Anda yang pintar dan piawai di bidang virus dan security, bagaimna file seukuran 162 kb bisa membawa dampak sedahsyat dan sehebat itu?
